Job description
As an Executive Assistant you are responsible for assisting our Executive Managing Director and Executive Development Director. You manage their calendars, schedule meetings, book flights and hotels. You’re also responsible for the organization of events and take care of a correct and representative answering of the phone and the welcoming of visitors. You prepare documents and monitor deadlines. You are able to keep the overview in a hectic environment. But you also take care of the other colleagues and their calendars, the office, arrange the lunch and service coffee when needed. If you need more information from colleagues to arrange things, you are not afraid to ask. You are bold and have a proactive attitude.

Skills required /qualifications

  • College degree;
  • 5 years of experience in a related role (secretary/receptionist);
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Excellent organising and planning skills;
  • Welcoming, self-reliant, good problem solver, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy;
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surrounding;
  • Able to take initiative when opportunities arise;
  • Fluency in English (in writing and verbally/speaking).
