Job description
As Office Manager you are responsible for creating a pleasant and well organized place to work (ca 30 employees in Berlin Office). You know how to assist the team as a whole and which resources are needed to create a great and efficient place to work. You are the business card of the company. You are responsible for the management of all office material, manage external providers from catering to facility management, work hand in hand with HR in terms of onboarding and take care of the office move. Partly you are also responsible for the organization of events. You monitor deadlines and keep the overview in a hectic environment. If you need more information from colleagues to arrange things, you are not afraid to ask. You are bold and have a proactive attitude. 


Skills required /qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role (secretary/assistant);
  • Excellent organising and planning skills;
  • Welcoming, self-reliant, good problem solver, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy;
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surrounding; 
  • Able to take initiative when opportunities arise;
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Fluency in German & English (in writing and verbally/speaking).
